FIFTY FIFTY Breaks Own Record For Highest-Charting K-Pop Girl Group Song On UK Official Singles Chart With “Cupid”

by Amber Simmons

FIFTY FIFTY has broken their own record after reaching another new peak on the UK Official Singles Chart!

Last week, FIFTY FIFTY’s viral hit “Cupid” became the first song by a K-pop girl group to make the top 10 on the UK Official Singles Chart after reaching No. 9.

On the latest UK Official Singles Chart for the week of May 12 to 18, “Cupid” scored its seventh consecutive peak after rising one spot to No. 8.

Back in March, FIFTY FIFTY made history on the United Kingdom’s Official Charts (typically regarded as the U.K. equivalent to Billboard’s U.S. charts) when “Cupid” debuted at No. 96 on the Official Singles Chart, making them the fastest K-pop girl group ever to enter the chart.

Congratulations to FIFTY FIFTY!
